Rules and ethics

Our ProClubs Application is governed by rules and ethics, valid for all users, with and without privileges.

Footballer's group rules.

Communities:

You can access communities without restrictions and communicate with all countries and football cultures.

Take advantage of this to increase your notoriety beyond your country of origin.

Be attentive and courteous to each other:

Creating a warm environment is all of our responsibility.

Let's treat everyone with respect. It's okay to have constructive debates, but it's essential to remain friendly.

It is strictly forbidden to debate on subjects other than football or which are not directly linked to the football environment.

No hate speech or harassment towards other players:

We are fighting and no tolerance will be accepted in the face of Cyber Harassment. Make everyone feel safe, young and old. Harassment in all its forms is prohibited and degrading messages that relate to ethnic origin, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or gender identity are not tolerated and will be severely punished. Please note that behind every virtual player, there is a real player.

Respect the confidentiality of all footballers:

Processing our users' data is prohibited if you are not an official ProClubs administrator.

Do not disclose personal information about your friends (players) or information damaging to a club, team, group or player on the public community channel.

Conflict management, between two or more parties:

For the management of conflicts, ProClubs will be the sole judge and decision-maker of the outcome to be given to conflicts present on its application. Please contact us immediately at this address: report@proclubs.app.

If your concern extends to other platforms, contact the support in question to explain your situation.

Advertising / Marketing:

Keep in mind that ProClubs is a registered brand that provides a completely free application, without data collection, without resale of files, without tracking or targeting, without advertising and it will remain so...

If you are an individual and you wish to advertise a page, a group, a product, a service, you must contact our team to obtain authorization. Without authorization from us, the publication will be deleted and you will be put on the Blacklist for a period ranging from 30 days minimum to permanent banning by IP, depending on the damage that we have estimated, you will have neither notice nor recourse. For legal entities, legal proceedings will be initiated without notice, in the country of the damage.
